This article explains you, how to create list of umpires in application for webpage in section Umpires.

Step 1 - you need to have umpires in Contacts (menu Organization -> Contacts). You can add new umpires with button New on list of Contacts and when you are filling the form, please check Umpire field, if you will want do a nominations of this contact as umpire

Step 2 - you need create a group with available name, which will have in Web Group Code text value umpires. If this group already exists, you can skip step 2.

Step 3 - select a group from list of groups and click on the most top right icon with two shillouets. You will get into form, where you can add umpires (assign members). When you will add a new umpire, it's up to you which type value you will select, usually is used Other.
